About Me

Hi, I’m Savannah Barbitta, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and I’m here to help you better understand and support your body. I work with clients navigating concerns like digestion discomfort, hormone balance, sleep, energy, and more. Together, we focus on simple, sustainable changes that fit into your real life, not perfection or overwhelming rules. By putting our focus on the foundations, we will build healthy habits, create meaningful changes that help you feel better and thrive for long-term wellness.

My Approach

I believe true health goes beyond simply managing symptoms. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent and they’re constantly communicating with us, working hard to find balance. Sometimes, it just needs the right, targeted support.

My approach is bio-individual and foundations-based, meaning there’s no one-size-fits-all plan. Together, we take the time to understand what your body needs most and focus on the areas that can make the biggest difference for you, whether that’s digestion, blood sugar balance, nourishment, stress, sleep, or something else.

The best part about this approach is that everything in the body is connected! When we begin supporting one area, we often see improvements in others too.

It’s easy to get stuck in that cycle of trying new things, managing symptoms, and never quite getting to the root of what’s going on. What I care about most is helping you better understand your body, simplify the process, and focus on what will help move the needle so you can feel more confident and supported in your health.

What It’s Like to Work Together

When working with me, you can expect a supportive, personalized, and collaborative experience. We’ll work together to create a plan that feels realistic for your body, your lifestyle, and your goals.

We’ll focus on:

  • A personalized protocol that make sense for your body and your lifestyle

  • Building habits that feel realistic and sustainable

  • Adjusting along the way as your needs change, so you never feel stuck or overwhelmed

  • Creating consistency so small changes can lead to meaningful, lasting results

We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’ll be there to guide and support you along the way!

Credentials

I’m a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association, where I was trained in a whole-body, foundational approach to wellness.

I’m passionate about continuing to learn and bringing that knowledge into my work. I genuinely love sharing what I learn with my clients!

A Little More About Me

Outside of working with clients, I also work part-time at a local market and café, which I love so much! There the focus is on supporting local farmers and businesses, prioritizing organic and sustainably sourced products, and being intentional about the quality of everything we offer, from the products on the shelves to the food that’s served in our cafe. It’s important to me to be in an environment that values nourishing the body with clean and sustainable ingredients and products just as much as I do.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside riding my bike, hiking, or camping.
